I've got a few movies saved from back home. I could probably get one to play on the screen set in the wall, and we could pop some popcorn. I'll even turn the lights off if you wanna pretend we're just a couple of awkward teenagers hiding in the back of a movie theater~

[He smiles, squeezing her hand gently as he tugs her towards the kitchen. While they walk, he activates his EchoEye and starts looking through his movie collection.]

[Enis hoovers nearby as Rhys sets up the movie and gets the popcorn. This wasn't exactly how she'd thought any of this would go but it was nice. She'd get to hang out with Rhys with his shirt off, though she was having trouble keeping her eyes off him.]

[That isn't just standing though she makes a fairly pretty statue.]
I dunno. The popcorn is almost done, so if you want, you can go get comfortable on the couch.
[He takes the popcorn out when it's finished and dumps it into a large bowl. He then follows Enis to the couch, setting the bowl on the small coffee table.]
[Enis walks over to the couch and begins to take off her boots and socks. She doesn't think that Rhys cares if she keeps her shoes on but if they're staying here she's going to make herself comfortable.
She shrugs off her dark leather jacket showing off the tank top she wore beneath. Enis doesn't have a lot of clothes and what she does have is worn and now stained by oil and other things from work...] Is this something you do a lot?
[She takes a seat on the couch and curls her legs up so that she's comfortably settled on the cushions. Enis has a very unique way of sitting on couches though she doesn't realize it. She treats a couch like a bed, having had a bed that she used as a couch for a great deal of her life.]
I like popcorn but only if it's as bad for me as possible. [Lots of butter and salt.] I'm not sure why that is.
[It's one of those things that Enis hasn't put a lot of thought into but she's realized her tastes lend themselves towards anything that's savory and not good for her.]
[Rhys sits so that he can slip his flesh arm over the back of the couch around Enis, a bold move in his eyes. Of course, he's got the butteriest popcorn available, and he's added the perfect amount of salt.]
Do you mean watch movies in general, or cuddle up with a cutie to watch them~? [He winks at her.] Because the last time I did the latter, I was still living on a space station. Well, longer than that, really. It's been a couple of years.
[Effortlessly, he starts the movie, lighting up the tv screen with a soaring shot of a desert scene.]

Sitting next to him is warm in a pleasant way that she's still getting used to. Being near him like this, cuddling up and watching a movie, sans shirt... It feels nice.]

[Enis snorts through her nose in an attempt to hold back a short clipped laugh. It's not a very cute noise despite coming from such a tiny cute nose.] We'll have to ask him.
[She glances over at Rhys and then back to the movie. She's never snuggled on the couch with someone. She's watched only one movie all the way through and Rhys had been there for that too. There is a lot that she's never done.]

R-right...Well, dating is kinda like being friends? Except more intimate. Sometimes, you go out on fun dates, like to a fancy restaurant or an amusement park. Other times, you stay in and watch movies...like we're doing right now~ You share more and more about yourself with the person you're dating, and after a little time, they're the person you end up trusting the most.
[Of course, thinking about this makes him think about Vaughn. Not that they'd been physically intimate, of course. But his friendship with Vaughn was something he referenced to gauge his dating life.]

[Enis pushes herself forward and turns to look at Rhys.
She had listened to his explanation and while she doesn't fully understand what it entails, she thinks she knows what he means. To be close, trusting someone. It's never something she's ever done before. Even here in the sphere's, Enis had perhaps two friends and one of them is Rhys. There were others who knew bits and pieces about her but only by happenstance, it'd never been intentional.
Enis wonders if she's capable of that type of intimacy and then quickly decides that she doesn't care.
She leans forward and gently presses her lips to his in a slow sweet kiss. Her palm rests lightly against his chest, feeling the rhythm of his heartbeat as well as the warmth of his bare skin against her palm.
She likes working with him and doesn't want to risk what they have but she also really wants to kiss him and after making up her mind on the matter, she stops thinking about all the what-if's and instead focuses on how wonderful his mouth feels pressed against hers.]
[Rhys eyes her as she turns to face him, slowly turning so that it's easier to face her. His heart's thudding in his chest and he hopes she can't hear it. He's about to say something when she leans in and presses their lips together.
After a moment of shock, he kisses back, his hands automatically going to her hips to pull her closer. As cliche as it may sound, it's better than he imagined. Of course, he'd imagined himself making the first move and her rejecting him, so it wasn't hard to beat. But this...this was perfect.]
[Enis slides closer and is nearly sitting on his lap when she comes to a comfortable stop. She rests one hand on his shoulder while the other continues to drag her nails along his scalp and down his neck.
The kiss slowly deepens, her lips parting to inhale the intoxicating scent of his breath. She can feel his pulse quicken and match her own and all too soon she feels their kiss come to its natural end.
Enis stays close, their noses barely touching as her eyes flick up to meet his.] See. Not awkward.
[As the kiss deepens, Rhys slides one hand up Enis's back, eager to have her as close as possible. He barely catches a brief brush of her tongue with his before the kiss ends.]
